At Good Ol' Vintage, we honor the history of every piece and want you to love your find; if it isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or refund. Please note that due to the unique nature of vintage items, all returns must be in their original, unaltered condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the vintage items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the item's condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
